Sue is a PGCE qualified trainer and a member of the IfL. She has 17 years experience of delivering counselling training, personal and professional development training, in Further Education Colleges, Community Education and the private sector.
She is an External Verifier for CPCAB (Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body). "The only awarding body run by counsellors for counsellors".
Sue runs bespoke training packages for organisations and groups with particular needs in developing skills and awareness of comunication and developing relationships, for example:-
Dealing with the public
Working as part of a team
Leading by example
One to one relationships
Responding with understanding
Getting the best from others
She also works with individuals who wish to develop their own communication style, working and personal relationships.
