Online & Telephone Counselling

Specialist in Online and Telephone Counselling Support. With the current COVID-19 situation, Face to Face sessions are on standby until new safety measures are outlined by the Government. Many people have had traumatic experiences since March 2020. The numbers rising daily with losing loved ones, losing jobs, changing lifestyles and losing independence to live our lives without the restrictions of Lockdown and social distancing. Anxiety, depression and related mental health issues are impacting on health and wellbeing. Weight gain, increased alcohol intake and addictions are impeding on normal everyday life, and we now need to access online services to meet the needs of individuals and couples to stay safe and in control for a sense of normality.

Borders Counselling has been providing a telephone Counselling service for over 15 years and now added online services via FaceTime, Messenger, WhatsApp, Zoom and Skype for clients who are over 18 years old and are not feeling suicidal at the time of the call. Teenagers over 16 are supported with parental consent.

A free Consultation session to determine what clients want to achieve through Counselling support takes place prior to therapy. If we decide to proceed and work together, then payments are made in advance via BACS direct transfer and fees for Counselling will be discussed as part of that initial Consultation session. Please contact me to arrange the initial session via email or text.

I can contact you via FaceTime, WhatsApp, Zoom, Messenger or Skype, or if you prefer you can contact me.

Online Counselling is not only flexible, with no travelling involved, it also saves time in a busy schedule and now with Social Distancing meets current regulations for COVID-19.
